Gold is great (eg. the best department score)
Green is good (eg, markedly better than the company average)
Red is bad (eg. worse than the company average
Black is poor. (eg. the worst department score)

The example below shows how easy it is to see which departments perform well for the given topic (in this case, “recognition”)
