You might call it - employee satisfaction survey, opinion survey, attitude survey, morale survey, staff survey, culture survey, climate survey, engagement survey. At one level, these are all the same thing. A self-completion questionnaire which allows your employees to tell you what they think about working for your organisation. We do have access to standard off-the-shelf surveys, but the vast majority of our clients want their survey to be just that – their survey. It should address your issues, the things that matter to your business. We work with our customers to design a survey which will work for you. Our staff are trained by the Market Research Society in questionnaire design. However, please remember the one golden rule: If you’re not going to take some action on the findings of the survey, don’t bother doing one in the first place. |

As well as self-completion surveys, we use a variety of other employee research tools. We use qualitative techniques (focus groups, 1-to-1 interviews, workshops) and other quantitative data collection methods (telephone interviews, kiosks, handsets – “Who wants to be a Millionaire style”).
